Welcome to Turnaa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Turnaa Marketplace, Inc. ("Turnaa," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Turnaa website, mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our services are intended strictly for professional development and state-regulated certification. To use Turnaa, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" will refer to that entity.

To access certain features, including course enrollment and certificate generation, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
• Account Sharing: You may not share your account credentials with anyone else. Each account is for a single user only.
• Notification: You must immediately notify Turnaa of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

Pricing: Course prices are set by Providers and are subject to change. Turnaa reserves the right to adjust prices for any reason, including promotions or tax requirements.

Payments: You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees. Turnaa works with third-party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods and to keep your payment information secure.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for most courses. If you are unhappy with a course, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content and have not yet been issued a certificate of completion.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of Turnaa or its content providers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course content unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a Turnaa authorized representative.

For courses that offer state-approved credit, Turnaa or the Provider will report your completion to the relevant regulatory body (e.g., State Bar, Licensing Board) within the timeframe required by law, typically 7-10 business days.

Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring your license number and legal name are correct in your profile. Incorrect information may lead to failure in credit reporting, for which Turnaa is not liable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TURNAA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURNAA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
