When refunds are not available
Certification Issued
Once a professional certificate has been generated and issued to your account, the service is considered fully rendered.
Policy Violations
Accounts suspended due to academic dishonesty or violations of our Terms of Service are ineligible for refunds.
Active Chargebacks
Opening a formal dispute with your bank before contacting us voids our internal refund process.
Note on Sales Tax
Any applicable sales tax or VAT collected at the time of purchase will be refunded in accordance with local tax regulations and bank policies.
