Is Turnaa an accredited institution?
We are a marketplace and platform partner. Accreditation is held by the individual course providers listed on our site. We vet all providers to ensure they meet our our quality standards (state approval pending).
How do I verify a course's legitimacy?
Look for the course quality indicators (state approval pending) on course listings. These signify that our team has manually audited the curriculum and provider credentials.
Can I use Turnaa for enterprise training?
Yes, we offer specific Enterprise Solutions including bulk seating, progress tracking, and unified invoicing for HR departments.
What languages are supported?
The platform is currently available in English, but many of our providers offer course content in Spanish, French, and German.

We offer a 14-day "No Questions Asked" refund policy for most courses, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the material.

None. The price you see includes all platform fees and certificate processing costs. Some specific exams may require a separate third-party proctoring fee.

Validity depends on the specific industry standard. Most certificates are valid for 2-3 years, after which you may need to take a renewal course.
What if I lose my digital certificate?
Your certificates are permanently stored in your Turnaa dashboard. You can re-download them anytime as long as your account is active.
